Ky proces synon t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb <strong>rritjen e mir\u00ebqenies sociale p\u00ebrmes hap\u00ebsirave publike<\/strong>, n\u00eb <strong>zhvillimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm ekonomik<\/strong> dhe <strong>forcimin e kapitalit social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takimi u zhvillua n\u00eb ambientet e <strong>Pallatit t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs \u201cArtan Cuku\u201d<\/strong>, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb t\u00eb rinj dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb disa drejtorive t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Kam\u00ebz.<br>Diskutimet frym\u00ebzuese dhe konstruktive midis organizator\u00ebve dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve treguan qart\u00eb interesin dhe vendosm\u00ebrin\u00eb e t\u00eb rinjve dhe punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar m\u00eb tej kapacitetet n\u00eb <strong>p\u00ebrfitimin e fondeve t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian<\/strong>, n\u00eb fushat e <strong>rinis\u00eb<\/strong> dhe <strong>rigjenerimit urban me impakt social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebr aspektet e tjera t\u00eb trajtuara, u theksua <strong>roli strategjik i fondeve IPA<\/strong> si instrument para-an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb BE, <strong>krijimi i partneriteteve nd\u00ebrkufitare<\/strong>, si dhe <strong>r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e koordinimit t\u00eb aktor\u00ebve lokal\u00eb<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb maksimizuar p\u00ebrfitimet nga programet e financimit europian.<br>Takimi kontribuoi gjithashtu n\u00eb <strong>identifikimin e mund\u00ebsive konkrete p\u00ebr projekte t\u00eb reja<\/strong> dhe n\u00eb <strong>rritjen e kapaciteteve p\u00ebr zbatimin efikas t\u00eb politikave t\u00eb zhvillimit lokal<\/strong>.
